  18. The draft bibliography, which Aileen Yuan has been updating, was
  19. reviewed at the beginning of the meeting, and some suggestions and
  20. corrections were made.  Because of its length, the current version of
  21. the bibliography was made available electronically before the May IETF
  22. meeting.  Copies of it were available for review, but were not
  23. distributed at this meeting.  The following was discussed:

  26.    o There will be two versions generated from a single source (the
  27.      refer database format) - a PostScript version and a plain text
  28.      version.  The refer format will also be made available so users can
  29.      customize the bibliography for their needs.
  30.    o Because there has not been much response to the solicitations for
  31.      material, we have not decided on a method for updating the
  32.      bibliography.  Five minute status reports will be given at future
  33.      User Services Working Group meetings and decisions on whether or
  34.      not we should update the bibliography will be made then.  We will
  35.      also report on any feedback or comments.
  36.    o It was decided that we should submit it as an Internet Draft as
  37.      soon as possible.  There will probably still be some missing
  38.      pieces, and those will be filled in while it's in Internet Draft
  39.      form.  The Internet Draft should be available around the beginning
  40.      of June.
  41.    o The draft will also be available on host nnsc.nsf.net.
  42.    o The RFC and FYI numbering scheme was discussed.  The bibliography
  43.      will be both an RFC and an FYI. It will be assigned a permanent FYI
  44.      number.  The RFC number will change if there are new versions.
  45.    o May 15 was set as the deadline for submissions and corrections to
  46.      be sent to the USER-DOC mailing list.  The USER-DOC list will be
  47.      dissolved.  Future messages regarding the bibliography should be
  48.      sent to the USWG list.
  49.    o The USWG Distribution and Announcement Group (DAWG) will take care
  50.      of advertising and distributing the bibliography.
